We really enjoyed the property. It gave us a good amount of space to relax and enjoy family. The condo has great views off the balcony as well as ease of access.

i called on our day of arrival to see if we could get an early check in and she checked with the cleaning crew and we were able to get in a little early which worked out perfect for us and we really appreciated that.

we had a great stay and everything was really wonderful. i honestly can't think of anything more we could have needed.

Loved this house! Fit two families perfectly and was so convenient to all that Crested Butte has to offer. It was a perfect, homey place to rest between all our fun activities.

This is our first year of renting after owning a place in CB for many years.....always had Alpine Getaways as our property manager. They are quick to help out in every way. Everyone in the office is totally helpful, anytime or about anything. I thought I would be sad not to be in our former house, but we found the rental situation so easy so we decided to do it again next year. You can't make a mistake with Alpine Getaways. We love Coal Creek and we will certainly be back! The only comment we have is that the upstairs TV was not reliable for good reception/internet connection. Couldn't really reliably count on it to work and be watch-able with the freezing/cutting in and out we saw.

Franky was easy to work with and very prompt in her responses.

The house was excellent, well taken care of, the dishware and utensils were plentiful and easy to find. The cook and bakeware were also easy to find and plentiful. Some places advertise they can sleep 16 people, but often, those 16 people can't be accommodated elsewhere (ie - cooking for such a large group). This house had everything you need for 16 people, plenty of shower space, plenty of physical space, plenty of plates and utensils in the cabinets, etc.
