Belleview Bungalow - Dog Friendly with Fenced-In Yard, Located in Town!

This beautiful four bedroom home has an excellent location in town and is only three blocks from the free shuttle, which is conveniently located next to the grocery and liquor store, as well as the movie theatre.  There are also a couple of great parks nearby and miles of trails waiting for you to go explore our amazing valley!  Not to mention the home has a nicely landscaped fenced-in yard, so it's very kid friendly, as well as dog friendly.

Entering the house you walk into a large mudroom, where there is plenty of room to leave your gear after a fun filled day.  There's even a washing machine and drier located in the laundry closet off of the mudroom, where you can start a load of laundry if you feel the need.  Then straight ahead is a marvelous bedroom, with a queen bed and a large flat screen tv with cable and roku.  Continuing down the hall is a stunning full bathroom that was just remodeled.  There is plenty of space for everyone as the first floor has two living rooms; one is off of the kitchen, which has an open floor plan with the dining area being right there as well.  This kitchen and living area has plenty of sunshine and windows where you can watch the kids play in the yard. The living area also has a flatscreen tv with cable and roku.  The second living area is around the corner from the kitchen.  This is a cozy area with a gas fireplace and comfortable sofa where you can curl up to read a good book or make wonderful memories with your family and friends.  

Upstairs, you will find the other three bedrooms.  The first bedroom has a luxury queen bed with a gorgeous headboard and a decorative fireplace.  Across the hall is a twin over twin bunkbed, which is perfect for two kids.  Down the hall is a newly remodeled fabulous bathroom, with a shower and bathtub.  The fourth bedroom is across the way and has a queen bed with  luxurious linnens, as do the other bedrooms throughout the house.  Regardless of where you lay your head at the end of the day you are bound to have a very restfull night.  The next morning you can wake up and enjoy a cup of coffee on the upstairs deck that is off of the office area.  The list goes on and on, so look no further as this is a great home away from home!

A nonrefundable $250 Dog fee is required if you bring your furry friend. We will allow a 2nd dog for an additional $50. You must notify us in advance.
