<div class=”entry-content clear” itemprop=”text”> <p style=”line-height:2″><strong>Deposits</strong><br>50% is due at the time of booking. We accept Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, Discover, and personal checks. The final 50% balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. If a credit card is used, the balance will automatically be charged to the card provided UNLESS Alpine Getaways is informed of an alternative method of payment PRIOR to 60 days of arrival. Checks must be mailed and received 60 days prior to arrival. Due dates for payment will be outlined in the confirmation sent at time of booking.</p> <p style=”line-height:2″>A $69.00 Accidental Damage Fee will be collected for any rental property. This fee covers up to $10,000.00 worth of accidental damage to the property. Any damage that exceeds $10,000.00 will be handled as a separate charge to the tenant. This fee is non-refundable.</p> <p style=”line-height:2″>If you’re staying at one of our dog friendly homes and bringing your dog on vacation, then a $250 Dog Fee will be applied to your reservation.  This fee is non-refundable and allows for up to two dogs to stay at the home.  If you bring a pet and are staying in one of the homes that do not allow pets we reserve the right to evict you and you will not receive a refund.</p> <p style=”line-height:2″>Guests must sign a Rental Agreement at the time of booking in order to secure the reservation. Agreements can be completed online, faxed, emailed, or mailed.</p> <p style=”line-height:2″><strong>Cancelations</strong><br>Cancelations occurring more than 60 days prior to arrival will incur a 10% penalty of the total lodging cost. All rental monies shall be forfeited for cancelations made within 60 days of the arrival date. Please note that there are no exceptions to the cancelation rules due to unfortunate circumstances such as weather, illness, medical emergency, or death. We strongly encourage you to purchase travel insurance, for further details please see below.</p> <p style=”line-height:2″><strong>Travel Insurance</strong><br>Alpine Getaways highly recommends that all guests purchase travel insurance to protect potential cancelation costs. Travel Insurance can be purchased through Red Sky Travel Insurance. You can find the details here or <a href=”” target=”_blank” aria-label=” (opens in a new tab)” rel=”noreferrer noopener” class=”ek-link”>on their website</a>.</p> <p style=”line-height:2″><strong>Cleaning</strong><br>Cleaning fees are charged for all rentals. Extended stays over 14 days may incur a departure clean above the initial fee. This will be assessed during the check-out inspection.</p> <p style=”line-height:2″><strong>Necessities/Amenities</strong><br>Alpine Getaways will provide a starter kit of supplies for each property (soap/shampoo, toilet paper, paper towels, detergent, etc.). Any additional supplies are the financial responsibility of the guest.</p> <p style=”line-height:2″>All properties are also equipped with a washer/dryer for guest usage during your stay. There is no cleaning service included during the rental of any property.
