50% due at the time of booking- Visa, Master Card, and checks accepted. Final 50% balance due 45 days prior to arrival. If a credit card is used, the balance will automatically be charged to the card provided UNLESS Alpine Getaways is informed of an alternative method of payment PRIOR to 45 days of arrival. Credit cards require an additional 2.5% processing fee. Checks must be mailed and received 45 days prior to arrival. Due dates for payment will be outlined in the confirmation sent at time of booking.
A $500 damage deposit is required for all bookings. For pet friendly properties, and additional $250 pet deposit is required per pet. Guests must provide a credit card for deposits at time of booking- Visa or Master Card accepted. Deposits will be in the form of an authorization to the card (not a charge) which will be placed on the card on the day of arrival. Upon completion of a departure inspection, the authorization will be released; if additional charges are necessary, guests will be informed in writing within 5 days of departure date.
Guests must sign a vacation rental agreement at time of booking in order to secure the reservation. Agreements can be faxed, emailed, or mailed. |

| Cancellations: |

Cancellations occurring at least 45 days prior to arrival will receive a total refund less a $50.00 cancellation fee. All rental monies shall be forfeited for cancellations 1-44 days prior to arrival date UNLESS we can re-rent the home for the same rate. In this case only the $50.00 cancellation fee will be charged. Please note that there are no exceptions to cancellations due to unfortunate circumstances such as weather, illness, medical emergency, or death. |
| Travel Insurance : |

Alpine Getaways highly recommends that all guests purchase travel insurance to protect potential cancellation costs. Travel insurance can be purchase through Travel Guard (click here for link).

| Cleaning: |

A cleaning fee will be charged for all rentals. Extended stays over 14 days may incur a departure clean above the intiial fee. This will be assessed during the check-out inspection.
Alpine Getaways will provide a starter kit of supplies for each property (soap/shampoo, toilet paper, paper towels, detergent, etc). Any additional supplies are the financial responsiblity of the guest.
All properties are also equipped with a washer & dryer for guests use during their stay. There is no cleaning service included during the rental of any property. If the guest wishes to have cleaning services during their stay, Alpine Getaways will be happy to make such arrangements at the expense of the guest. |
