Just stroll out to the deck and take in the million dollar views along with all the on-hill action. If you really need to unwind, go for a soak in the (shared) outdoor hot tub…just steps from the door.
This fantastic condo has been lovingly cared for and recently updated. The open, spacious floor plan keeps the whole group together with the kitchen, living and dining areas adjoining in a great social layout. In the morning, cozy up to the kitchen bar for a cup of coffee and plan your day. Later, gather around the oversized dining table to retell the stories of the day’s adventures over a delicious meal. Retire in the living area complete with three sofas and enjoy a movie with the family or a quiet evening reading a book by the stacked stone fireplace. Regardless of how you spend your time, this is the place to unwind after playing hard!
When you’re ready to call it a night, head down the hall to the two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The master bedroom features a king bed, a TV, a large walk-in closet, and an en-suite bath. The guest bedroom offers a queen bed and a twin bed, sleeping 3 comfortably. And the living room offers additional sleeping arrangements with a pull-out couch.
CB Sports, a great local shop that will take care of you when it comes to ski rentals and repairs, is located in the same building as the condo. And the entire base area, complete with additional shopping and restaurants, is just a quick stroll out the door. If you want a hot start to your day, pop into Camp 4 Coffee for a breakfast burrito and Americano. And there’s no need to go from opening to closing bell without taking a break. Leave your skis on the snow and walk back to Evergreen to refuel and recharge. Looking for a tasty libation and filling lunch right off the snow? Try the Avalanche Bar and Grill. And the list goes on… lift tickets, rentals, food and fun – all just steps away!!
When it’s time to venture further and visit the town of Crested Butte you’ll find the (free) shuttle running every 15 minutes that’s just a hop, skip, and jump away. Once you arrive at Evergreen you won’t even think about touching your vehicle. After all, you’re on vacation and everything should be this easy.
