The Sunflower Cottage is truly a part of Crested Butte history.  Originally an old miner's cabin (allegedly the residence of the local doctor), this adorable home has since been added to and upgraded in many ways, making it a true CB classic! 

The warmth and homey character are immediately evident as you enter the foyer.  Stained glass and warm wood tones bring that cozy feel.  Upon entering the main floor, you’ll find both a living area and reading nook where you can comfortably kick back and relax by the (gas) stove.  Adjoining this open floor plan is the beautiful dining area (table leaf allows for 8 guests) and finally the spacious, well-equipped kitchen.  From this main floor, an inviting bedroom (queen) and full bath are located.

In the rear of this 1st floor, a newer addition reveals a beautiful master - complete with a king bed, en-suite bath, beautiful views and access to the back porch via French doors.  Upstairs is dedicated to the 3rd bedroom  - and second master suite.  Very private, this space is a cozy retreat with spectacular views, skylights and an amazing dual head tiled shower with full length bench (newly remodeled 2008). 

Located centrally in town, you’re only a couple of blocks from Elk Avenue and the free ski shuttle; you can access everything by foot. A 2-3 car driveway plus ample off-street parking is availble for all your parking needs.
