While maintaining the old miner’s charm, the home is not historic and provides modern day amenities throughout.  Entering the home you will immediately appreciate the warm, solar heated sunroom; perfect for enjoying that morning cup of coffee.  Once inside, the vast space created by the high ceilings opens the room to include the kitchen, dining and living area.  A full length deck and spacious backyard lie off the back of the main floor and capture the breathtaking views of the expansive mountains surrounding Crested Butte!  Just to the side of the living area, a cozy powder room accommodates the main floor.  Games, cable TV and Wi-Fi internet provide the entertainment when not outdoors.

Following the stairs up, a wonderful loft “master” (w/ pillow top mattress) takes in the coziness of the house along with huge, million dollar views of Paradise Divide.  With its own bathroom including a whirlpool tub you may never want to leave this little hideout!  Downstairs, 2 wonderful bedrooms (w/ pillow top mattresses) re-define that cozy cabin feel… with warm fabrics and furnishings you’ll be hard pressed to leave bed in the morning.  A nice, full bathroom is shared on this lower level. And don't forget Fido because the Gothic Cabin is PET FRIENDLY!
