Das Haus is a well thought out, comfortable and spacious home in Crested Butte! Located on the east side of town, you’ll enjoy two different town parks located within 2 blocks of the home, easy access to trails, minutes from downtown and the 4-way bus stop, and unobstructed views of Mt Crested Butte, Paradise Divide and Mt Emmons (Red Lady).
Das Haus is outfitted with conveniences including a fully stocked kitchen for the fellow cook, in-line gas grill, second floor deck, mature fenced in lawn, steam shower, and wireless internet. The first floor includes the foyer/mud room, two bedrooms (one queen, one full), utility room with W/D and full bathroom with tub/shower.
The second floor is made up of the kitchen, living, dining, outdoor deck with grill, half bath, flat screen TV with cable, surround sound stereo with auxilliary input for your iPod, and WIFI DVD player so you can stream Netflix, Pandora, etc.
The third floor hosts the master bedroom with queen bed, stereo with iPod dock and full bathroom with a steam shower.
Das Haus is available in two configurations. Without the third floor/master bedroom, Das Haus is a two bedroom home with one full bath. With the third floor/master bedroom, Das Haus is a three bedroom home with 2 ½ baths. |
